So you’ve practiced the basics… Now lay the groundwork for a safe and successful practice by refining your movement. Enhancing and enlivening your Vinyasa practice.
Join Katy Williams for a 2 hour foundational workshop in breathing, alignment, adjustments and modifications and fluid transitions and flow.
The workshop will focus on 3 key categories:
– Breath work (Pranayama) – the magnificent benefits and application of yoga breathing – the foundation of Vinyasa practice.
– Correct Asanas – safe and correct alignment of common and foundation postures. Learn corrections and modifications to suit your body.
– Transitions and Flow – enhanced flow and connection of postures in sequences and harmonising with Pranayama and your alignment.
