Handstands are fun and handstands are invigorating. In this workshop we will explore:
– Ways to enter and ways to get out of handstands
– Drills to stabilise the body and to progress into moving away from the wall with proper body positioning.
– Making the shift from just collecting techniques to an integrated way of being in your mind and body that will help make handstands a whole lot easier.
Suitable for yoga teachers and yoga students alike.
